Position Profile:
-Championing for handling customer complaints. Coordinate & cooperate with supplier to complete investigation.
-Responsible for the quality confirmation of the rejected product from customers, judging scrap responsibility.
-Customer care management and response customer's request.
-Supervise the corrective schedule of responsible supplier according to customer's requirement and reply to customer in time.
-Define document and distribute reports pertaining to customer feedback and quality plan.
-Develop quality plan, procedures Working Instruction and methods.
-Other quality activities involvement.
Candidate Profile:
-Bachelor degree.
-Minimum 2 years experience in quality function.
-Experience with an industrial manufacturer is highly preferred.
-Professional experience on ISO 9001 requirements is a must. TS 16949 is preferred.
-Good problem solving skills.
-Proficient in computer applications.
-Ability to interface with suppliers, manufacturing personnel, business groups, international sites and customers.
-Good audition skills.
-Good English verbal and written communication skills.
-Outgoing checking every delivery. |
