-EXCELLENT ABILITY IN ENGLISH, BOTH ORAL AND WRITTEN.
-Experience in communication with foreign clients
-Previous working experience in trading in the packaging, bags or luggage field
-Knowledge of how to deal with forwarders, and how to issue shipping documents
-Knowledge of wholesale markets for materials and accessories in Jiangsu
-Taste for good looking and quality products
-Capable to understand and issue bill of materials and product costing
-Precise, detail oriented
-Logical thinking
-Ready to travel to factories
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Analyse and follow the product requests from our clients
-Select the right suppliers, and arrange sampling with them
-Source materials and accessories which can be used on the products
-Make product costing, and quality specifications
-Negotiate prices to ensure our competitiveness
-Place purchase orders
-Maintain an excellent relation with all our suppliers
-Go for quality check
-Issue invoice and packing list
-Arrange shipping
-Control payments |
