具体要求：

Areas of Responsibility & brief description

*To handle all daily activities at the VISA Application Center
*To manage VAC efficiency & productivity
*To ensure compliance to all processes as per SLA
*Liaison with support functions (HR, IT etc.)
*Overall Security of the VAC (Physical & Data)
*New process roll outs
*To Train staff on product & process
*To effectively manage staff
*To manage relationships with Consulate officials

Minimum requirements

*Graduate or Global Equivalent degree
*3 to 5 years of experience in a Customer Service Industry preferably Hospitality Background / Call Centre Background
*Mastery of Spanish & English
*Experience in handling a team of people or process
*Basic knowledge of Computer Skills
*Excellent Interpersonal skills
*Customer Orientation
