Basic Function:
Enhance management of materials department, support further inventory reduction program, improve suppliers’ on time delivery, shorten lead time and support Lean manufacturing.
Principal Functional Activities:
a.Schedule, review and release purchase orders.
b.Works with suppliers to reduce lead-times and improve on-time delivery.
c.Communicate requirements and potential schedule changes to the local supply chain.
d.Support ERP project and maintain FS of material functions.
e.Check and ensure the match of invoice/goods receipt/P/O.
f.Special projects as required.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
a.College degree with 3-year related working experience, major in Mechanics is preferable.
b.Ability to plan and work independently, excellent communication skills.
c.Action oriented and good problem solving skills.
d.Good command of English and PC skills.
