职位描述：
Job Description:
-Leads the process of qualifying and selecting appropriate suppliers in terms of supplier financial status, capacity, capabilities and business in general.
-Manages supply base and executes Emerson global sourcing processes using E-Bidding and others tools like IM/Min in support of Emerson Asia sourcing strategy.
-Responsible for understanding developments and changes at suppliers and changes in technology and market that may affect the cost and supply chain of the commodities purchased.
-Leads the process of purchase agreements development, negotiation, and management in accordance with Emerson global material policies, procedures, and approval authority.
-Develops and executes Asia commodity sourcing strategies. Analyzes industry trends to assess short and long term strategic goals and objectives.
-Collaborates internally and externally as required to optimize supply chain results. Manages business relationships with suppliers, including monitoring project transfer to ensure service and quality requirements are met, and proactively implementing best practices to reduce inventories and improve cash flow.
-Develops and implements Sourcing performance objectives relating to quality, cost, and material availability. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators and project tracking database.
-In conjunction with various teams, develop and implement programs to facilitate implementation of LCC projects etc.
-Assists in the training of other division personnel as required. |
