Handle the purchase orders, close work with the feedstock suppliers to arrange the delivery, lay time, quality and quantity confirmation, tracking the shipment, and answer the normal inquiry from vendors.
Establish supplier network.
Self arrange and implement purchase procedures, establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
Keep and maintain the purchase work well operated.
Coordination of import and export of goods from German Mother Company.
Job Qualification:
At least 5 years experience in purchase.
Technical background in mechanical engineering.
Strong planning and coordination skills
Motivated and self-managed (good organizational skills)
Able to establish good working relationships with suppliers and internal personnel at all levels of the organization.
Good English communication
Good computer skills
Experience in Kingdee K3 software is a plus
Smart and willing to work in a dynamic team. |
