Report to: National Marketing Service Manager
To develop and design merchandising program in the channels to strong support business growth
Development & handling of channel communication tools, providing real time visibility throughout network
Manage to superior trade execution by providing efficient & effective merchandising, clear execution standards and monitoring
To cooperate with brand managers to ensure high quality branding communication at store level
To evaluate return on investment for all merchandising materials within budget spending
To work closely with purchasing team on supplier development & assessment
Prepare annual in-store merchandising program on local market needs, track results & provide evaluation
Work with sales and brand team to develop tailor made channel communication tools to build competitive advantage at "1st moment"
For each product category to develop an ideal merchandising guideline for sales team
Work with sales team on allocation plan & distribution of marketing supporting materials, including color cards, dry panels, product samples, POSM, shop signage's, shelves, customer gifts, etc
Work with sales and brand team on TSS/CSS/IS/PR layout and in-store display standard
