具体要求：

Main responsibilities:(Mainly responsible for 4 buyers team)
-Lead the team of buyers to achieve defined goals of inventory management, materials on time delivery, quantity reliability, LT reduction, etc.
-Manage the buyer team including hiring, training and coaching, performance evaluation.
-Set, review and update key parameters in ERP system for data integrity and accuracy so as to optimize the balance of uninterrupted materials supply chain and total minimized inventory owned.
-Improve, optimize and mange the supply chain reliability and efficiency
-Design, improve, manage the effectiveness and efficiency of overall operational purchasing processes to meet business and quality system requirement
-Lead and manage the buyer team to continuously improve the overall team competencies
-Work with associated people of proper non-conforming materials disposition
-Collaborate internally and externally to resolve issues that impact the performance of operational purchasing team
-Support other teams to achieve overall company goals
-Project management and metrics reporting, etc.
