Qualification for Hired Position:
1.Min 3 yrs related working experience
2.Bachelor degree with majored in Spanish, English as second major with English CET 6 certificate or equivalent preferred
3.Good literacy in office software, like word, excel, Project and PowerPoint
4.self-motivated, adapt to fast change, available to take over new responsibilities everywhere
5.good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
1.In charge of traveling itinerary arrangement, air tickets, hotel booking , vehicle arrangement,
2.outside customer or visitors receiving and scheduling
3.strong support GM with the business development
4.organize and arrange business meeting, meeting minutes taken and all varied activities of company
5.provide translation of documents procedures and technical files
6.keep the corporate legal document properly and make log for it
7.compile company newsletter periodically
8.be involved in organization of company activities
9.in charge of expatriates management
10.Other assignments as needed
