Job of Responsibilities: 1- Assist & implement HR Overall Planning, Policy and Regulations, including Employee handbook and labor contracts. 2- Implement recruitment process according to new headcount and replacement through recruitment channels. 3- Execute C&B work ; Assist yearly HR budget. 4- Execute AA internal & external training activities; training materials preparations. 5- Assist labor relations such as labor contract management. 6- Translation and other GM personal assistant work. 7- Other work and projects assigned by superior if necessary.
Requirements: 1- Bachelor degree. 2- Good computer skills. 3- Good Korean or English language ability. 4- More than 1-2 years working in HR. 5- Modern enterprise HR management. 6- Result oriented, positive thinking, quick to learn. |
