Responsibilities:
- Internal coordination to provide tailor-made service package for our VIP and global customers
- Handling the daily booking acceptance
- Establish the constructive and close relationships with key customers
- Assist customers in problem solving
- Communicate with overseas colleagues to secure more business
- Keep customers updated with Maersk Sealand's development and product/service enhancements
- Opportunity to transfer to Sales after successful tenure in Customer Service
Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent
- Good command of oral and written English
- Good PC skills (MS office, outlook, internet)
- Able to work independently and meet challenging targets
- Outgoing personality with good communication skills
- Initiative and able to work under pressure |
