具体要求：

Responsibility:
1.Responsible for centrally planing, budgeting, vendor searching, price negotiation, and purchasing for all departments of Kohler China
2.Responsible for budgeting, planing, and price negotiation for raw materials purchasing for new and/or localized products
3.Coordinate and assist between vendors and purchasing departments in plants for final purchase and quality control
4.Coordinate and ensure purchasing strategy and policy implementation in plants
5.Search and maintain good relationship/contact with overseas vendors, especially in North America and Asia Pacific, to obtain better purchasing deals
6.Assist Purchasing Manager in review, implementation, coordination, and maintenance of purchasing policy & procedures
Education And Experience Requirements:
1.College/University graduate with major in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
2.Commercial sense is a must. Experience in cost analysis is preferred
3.Good business ethic and integrity. Basic legal knowledge
4.Excellent negotiation and communication skills
5.Frequent travel is required
6.At least 3 years relevant experience in purchasing. Multinational company working experience is preferred
7.Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and IE. Good command in English writing, speaking and reading, at least CET-4
