Requirements:
1.Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience in hydraulic industry
2.Good communication skill & interpersonal skill
3.Technical background
4.Proficiency in English
5.Open minded, esp. when facing problems of intercultural work and matrix structure multiple interests
6.Good team player and networker
7.Ability to work under pressure
8.Willingness to frequent travel (domestic and overseas)

Job Descriptions
1.BR purchasing scout in the Chinese market
2.Identify material/parts/techniques with localization and/or export possibility
3.Support sourcing activities in China by BR locations worldwide identify suppliers and first "screening" secure communication flow between supplier and BRorganize supplier visits ensure quality measures, testing and audits organize sample delivery and first series be first point of contact for any problem with supplier work together with IPA
