Responsibilities
- To develop new business and generate stable business result to meet pre-assigned sales target.
- To develop and maintain a qualified target client pool through sufficient number of sales call on daily basis.
- To generate quality sales leads to support the sale activities within our network.
- To ensure productive sales activities to support the company sales strategy.
- To collect market information and make market analysis.
- To ensure all sales procedures are strictly adhered to and respected.

Qualifications:
- College degree or above.
- Good communication skill in both English and Chinese.
- English College Band 4 or above.
- Computer applications in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Extrovert, self-driven, result-oriented, able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- To answer the telephone from customers, receive bookings and check cargo and document ready date. Arrange the pick-up if required.
- To confirm the shipment with destination office.
- To prepare related shipping document according to the operations standard.
- To send specific shipping advice to consignee per the handling procedure.
- To be responsible for the shipment trace and tracking.
- To communicate with overseas offices on related business activities.
- To be responsible for the filings for shipping document and the handling procedure of individual customer.
- To do the settlement with overseas office according to the handling procedure.
- To issue the local invoice and be responsible on distribution and collection.
- To take up additional responsibilities as required to meet the Company's needs.
