具体要求：

1 person
Responsibility:
1) Be responsible for obtaining materials, components, equipment, and services.
2) Checks requisitions, obtains quotations, examines bids, and makes awards.
3) Coordinates purchasing activities with manufacturing and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels.
4) As required, monitors the cost, schedule, and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value.
5) May evaluate vendor reliability.
Qualification:
1) College degree, major in industry or relative others.
2) Be able to speak fluent English and basic Japanese.
3) Good Attitude, willing to work hard under pressure.
4) Always try to be a solution provider, good communication skills.
5) Above 2 years of working experience in international company.
