具体要求：

Job Description/Requirement
1)Responsible for procurement of Information Technology – hardware, software & services – and R&R service across China IFX sites
2)Determine vendor selection process, assessments and qualification of suppliers
3)Track purchasing price variance and align the purchases with global and regional purchasing strategies
4)Controlling e.g. enforce respective processes, contract management
5)Coordinate with internal customers on demands and requirements
6)Market evaluation – regular products, supplier base, trends etc. – sourcing, price negotiation and bid evaluation

Qualification
1)Recognized diploma or degree in any discipline
2)Fluent in English; Proficient in PC, MS office
3)With SAP knowledge, min. 3 years purchasing related work experience
4)A team player with excellent communication, negotiation skills with discipline， be proactive, independent, out of the box thinker
