具体要求：

Job Responsibility:
-Assist merchandisers to develop new products and clients.
-Collect information of new suppliers for qualification, maintain and update supplier database & product database.
-Work out product specifications and standards.
-Place orders to suppliers and make quotation lists for merchandisers.
-L/C checking, application and issuance.
-Follow up orders according to production plan and shipping schedule to ensure on-time delivery with good quality.
-Responsible for documentation of running orders, filing of closed transactions.
-Other task assigned by merchandisers.

Job Requirement:
-College degree or above, male or female with initiative and mature character.
-1-2 years working experience in foreign buying offices or trading firms, with basic knowledge and common sense of international trading business.
-Able to work independently with suppliers and follow up orders. Willing to travel and work under pressure.
-Aggressive, self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented, hard working, good communication & negotiation skills.
-Computer literacy in MS office.
-Good command of spoken & written English, French speaking will be an advantage.

具体要求：

Job Responsibility:
-Responsible for factory sourcing, product development supporting, price negotiation, production follow-up and quality control to meet the business need and objectives.
-Responsible for sample collection, evaluation and improvement to meet the requirement of clients. Analyze the cost components to get the best prices.
-Place orders to suppliers, supervise the production to ensure on-time delivery as well as perfect quality. Solve sudden problems during production process, negotiate with suppliers if any complaints arise from clients.
-Think thoroughly and strategically on each project and ensure all the risks are well assessed and covered with contingency plan while increasing the profitability.
-Review the performance of suppliers. Evaluate and qualify suppliers, work closely with factories /sub-contractors to improve the productivity, enhance the quality system and optimize the value chain.
-Take business trips to visit factories, escort buyers on buying trips, fairs and exhibitions as required and prepare trip booklets.
