具体要求：

JOB DUTIES:
Sample and production inspection
- Conduct sample and production inspections and assess standards according to requirements.
- Prepare inspection reports and document areas of concern regarding shipment.
- Suggest and communicate with factories areas of improvement on quality and workmanship of sample and production with an aim to match production standards with customer requirements within required time frame.
- Monitor factories' improvements on sample and production to ensure on-time, quality customer delivery.

Customer service and relationship management;
- Understand customer requirements and communicate comments and suggestions between factories and merchandising teams.
- Build and maintain professional relationship with factories in the interest of customers.
