SALES EXECUTIVE-intern for conference & training sales

50/per day + deals’ commission

Key responsibilities:
• Working in a dynamic sales team， you will be responsible for direct- selling different business opportunities to Managing Directors， CEOs， GMs and VPs from leading blue-chip companies who have interest in attending our best-quality events within Asia Pacific region.
• Day to day communications with the highest level officials in Asia Pacific region
• Delivering the key benefits of a conference to the potential delegates
• Supporting marketing tasks with collective database information
• Contributing effectively to the team’s weekly sales target.

Basic requirements:
• An aggressive， dynamic and self-motivated doer and enabler
• Excellent communication skills ( Good at oral English & Mandarin， flexible， persuasive and negotiable)
• Strong desire to learn and willing to work in a team
• Ability to motivate other team members

Direct Marketing Executive-intern
50/per day + profit share

You will be exposed to all forms of direct marketing and will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of each campaign you are assigned.
Responsibility

• Manage entire marketing campaigns from creation to execution
• Marketing strategy formation through analysis of data and past business performance
• Creation and management of strategic partnerships with trade publications and associations
• Online & non-traditional marketing program management
• Data management: managing internal data processes and sourcing new and innovative data
• Management of regional vendors， fulfillment houses & service providers

Requirements:
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Possess a good degree in Marketing or Business
• Proven project management skills and experience in negotiating deals with Senior Level Executives
• Ability to tackle strategic issues in both a creative and analytical manner
• Managing multiple tasks， ability to meet deadline – on time and on budget
• Commercially driven and self motivated
• At least 3 days’ working time available
