具体要求：

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.To implement the sourcing and purchasing of the products and services that is required by various functional departments within the company.
2.To work with individual functional departments to work out the specifications of products or the scope of work for service.
3.To check the purchase requisitions provided by individual function departments to ensure the expenditure are properly covered by related budget.
4.To conduct the sourcing to ensure the company gets the most cost-effective product and service that can meet the specifications/scope of work as agreed with applicants; initiate and review the supply agreement with vendors.
5.To manage the day-to-day purchase from the vendors to ensure vendors achieve the agreed quality and service level.
6.To document the purchase on ERP system if necessary and file all the purchasing related documents.
7.To coordinate with vendors and other functions within company on supplies and delivery of the product/service.

JOB PROFILE:
1.Diploma or degree holder in science, engineering, economy or other related field.
2.Good command in oral and written Chinese & English.
3.Knowledge of ERP system.
4.At least 2 years experience of sourcing, purchasing.
