Responsibilities:
1. Providing service to customers and support to sales function
2. Providing product information to customers
3. Processing orders, following up on order status, and liaising with our Company's overseas offices/factories to ensure timely shipment of orders
4. Assist our Company's sales function in gathering of market information and preparation of presentation materials to customers
5. Consolidate and maintain sales records, produce statistics and issue relevant reports to various departments
6. Create customer data-base
7. Handle customer complaints and enhance customer satisfaction with company products and services
8. Assist in all office matters as directed by the company Logistics coordination
Requirements:
1. Must be bachelor degree or above, major of trading is preferred
2. At least 3 years relevant working experience in order fill function or sales support function in foreign companies;
3. Be professional, mature
4. Good English communication skills both in oral and written |
