| 具体要求： |

- Identify, develop & qualify adequate suppliers a for Local and Global needs; communicate with Germany Sourcing headquarter as China liaison;
- Work with suppliers, QC and C&D to conduct First Sample Approval, Quality Assurance and Capability Audits, etc;
- Work with suppliers and O&D to ensure competitive pricing, best logistic solution and service level, up to contract conclusion;
- Participate in SRM program on monthly basis, which measure, track, analyze and improve the supplier performance;
- Identify risks and take preventative actions.
2Qualifications:
- University degree with technical background;
- At least 3 years working experience in the field of sourcing;
- Good knowledge of cooling system;
- Good knowledge of commodities as sheet metal parts, display /valve/condenser/fans/heat exchange, hardness and other electronic components;
- Good knowledge of local/worldwide supplier base and practices;
- Good cost awareness and negotiation skills;
- Good knowledge of ISO9000 & quality system;
- Logistics know-how & experience with MRP or ERP system (SAP is a plus);
- Excellent spoken and written English or German language skills. |
