1\Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate and qualify vendors for MRO material and all other services & commercial affairs;
- Participate and negotiate best terms (quality, quantity, price, delivery) to meet current and future requirement;
- Manage & supervise relevant contracts and purchasing orders legally protect the company and correctly obligate supplier;
- Manage & supervise relevant purchasing activities(internal purchasing requisition till ordering and delivery);
- Identify and realize cost saving potentials;
- Manage professional relationship with suppliers.
2\Qualifications:
- University graduated, major in mechanical/electrical engineering or commercial / trading, economic law background is a plus;
- At least 5 years working experiences in sourcing / localization of mechanical & electrical components & logistics, familiar with facility production process, preferred in multi-national manufacture companies;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Strong teamwork & contribution spirits;
- Good communication skills;
- Resourceful, creative, business-minded, self-motivated, enjoys challenges and able to work under pressure;
- Fluent in both oral and written English;
- Good computer knowledge skills on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint |
