Founded in 1974, MSH INTERNATIONAL is a world leader in the design and management of international health insurance products and the only international health insurance service company that has obtained ISO certification. It has four regional headquarters located in Paris, Calgary, Dubai and Shanghai, providing 24/7 “Non-stop” service to our clients.
MSH INTERNATIONAL’s multinational team has over 1000 employees, speaking more than 30 languages. Our complete medical network covers around 150 countries and serves over 2,000 corporate clients with 300,000 insured participants in 194 countries. Its majority shareholder is the House of Rothschild, a major player in the financial industry in Europe for more than two centuries. Benefit can be paid to a foreign bank account in 150 currencies.
Founded in 2001, MSH China is the No.1 high-end health insurance service provider in China and serves over 800 companies, many of which are Fortune 500 companies. Our headquarter and operation center is in Shanghai. We have branch offices in Beijing and Guangzhou, and service representatives in Dalian, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Suzhou to provide high-end insurance products and services for individuals and corporate clients. Also, MSH China is also the Asia-Pacific headquarter of the world’s largest international health insurance service provider——MSH INTERNATIONAL.
Our reputation as the market leader stems from our vast experience of designing and administrating health plans and maintaining a wide worldwide direct billing network. In response to the needs of our international clients, we established the first Third Party Administrator (TPA) Service for international health and life insurance product early in 2001 locally in China. In 2005, we launched the first international health insurance policy approved by the CIRC (China Insurance Regulatory Commission). We developed our own state-of-art claims IT system, and our professionalism has grown constantly to meet our clients' rapidly changing needs as always.
Since 2002, we have proudly built up the largest direct billing network in China, with over 500 top-ranking VIP Chinese hospitals and international clinics in more than 20 major cities, including Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing, Dalian, Suzhou, Shenyang, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Hong Kong, Taipei, Macau and others. We have extensive direct billing network in 150 countries worldwide includes over 60,000 physicians and facilities.
We have an excellent service team of over 200 employees in China which can provide full-range comprehensive health insurance services right in China and abroad, including sales and marketing, enrollment, claims processing, customer service，pre-authorization, case management, emergency assistance, 24/7 call center, hospital network building and network maintenance, which enable us to achieve “Zero-distance service customer”. Since 2008, we have been awarded “Preferred Service Provider for Locally Hired Foreign Employees” by Global Business Group on Health (GBGH). MSH China is dedicated to providing its clients with excellent service of international standard. Our Shanghai Service Centre and Beijing Branch Office have obtained ISO9001:2008 certificate in 2011, which made us the first international health insurance service provider in china that has been granted ISO certification.
