This position is Provide leadership and management for daily operations of the commodity to ensure the achievement of the commodity sourcing goals.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
1.Take a initiative in specific commodity integration sourcing strategy to achieve sourcing goal.
2.Provide leadership and management for daily operation like quotations and bidding for the specific commodity in the Asian supply base.
3.Identify, develop & qualify suppliers in China and other Asian countries to support the commodity LCC sourcing strategies
4.Communicate effectively with sourcing personnel and other various functional team leaders & personnel at global locations in purchasing, quality, and engineering for effective and efficient project executions
5.Responsible for the commodity supplier management (database, process capability, corrective actions etc), cost reduction, quality assurance, and on-time delivery.
6.Assist the other division(Suzhou)of Service Solution in Asia in the commodity project planning and execution.
7.Willing and able to coach people in the team |
