| Requirements: - 3+ years experience in Quality Assurance program/systems development and implementation. - Contact center operations related management experience is preferred. - Excellent written and oral communication in Chinese and English - COPC Registered Coordinator is prefer - Solid knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel Programs - ISO-9001 awareness - Strong People Management experience - Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment, prioritizing projects with minimal supervision. - Strong analytical skills and business decision- making skills Responsibilities - Lead a team to implement a consistent Quality Management Framework based on the principles of COPC and ISO. - Provide leadership and coaching to Quality Assurance team members to develop a quality driven culture in Sykes Shanghai - Clear communication of all quality objectives to all department heads; - Guidance of process control through effective quality monitoring and process documentation. - Manage the execution of quality initiatives within the determined timeframe of each department, to assist to resolve their issues. - Reporting of quality results; - Ability to present quality analysis, action plans and monitoring results. - Implement SSE standard in whole center - Help Center Director to deploy yearly balance scorecard and strategic plan. |
